RADAN’s strength lies in its wide range of modules covering all aspects of sheet metal processing. The system includes advanced tools such as the Radnest nesting software, which optimizes sheet metal usage for free-form parts, as well as Radbend, which enables precise offline programming and 3D simulation of press brakes. To ensure your computer’s performance, it is always recommended to exceed the hardware requirements.</p> <h3>RADAN | CAD/CAM</h3> <ul> <li>Windows 10 or 11 – 64-bit: Only Professional versions are supported.</li> </li> <li>Display card that supports the OpenGL 3.3 standard:</li> <ul> <li>Minimum resolution of 1920 x 1080.</li> <li>Support for at least 65,000 colors.</li> </ul> </li> <li>4 GB RAM memory.</li> </ul> <h3>RADAN | CAD/CAM and 3D / Radbend</h3> <ul> <li>Windows 10 or 11 – 64-bit.</li> <li>Display card: 512 MB or more of dedicated memory (onboard RAM).</li> <ul> <li>AMD Radeon Pro series or NVIDIA RTX/Quadro series with the latest WHQL drivers.</li> </ul> </li> <li>32 GB RAM memory.</li> <li>SSD hard drive.</li> </ul> <h3>Supported Operating Systems</h3> <ul> <li>Windows 10, Windows 11.</li> <li>Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022.</li> <li>We may require the installation of the latest Service Pack updates.</li> <li>Only 64-bit versions are supported; Professional or Business versions of the operating systems are recommended.</li> </ul> <h3>Important Note</h3> <p>Microsoft is ending support for Windows 10 in October 2025. Please consider upgrading your operating system to ensure that you are using the software on a tested and supported platform.</p> <h3>Additional Notes</h3> <ul> <li>The software and its updates can be downloaded from the customer portal.</li> <li>If the customer purchases an RADAN installation service, the system must be pre-configured by a RADAN engineer. For web applications, the responsibility for the network lies with the customer.</li> <li>The application’s performance depends on various factors, such as the number of other applications in use or network traffic. If you need additional information, please contact your IT supplier.</li> <li>RADAN 2022.0 was the last version that supported Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 operating systems.</li> <li>RADAN 2017 CADCAM is delivered as 64-bit. A lightweight 32-bit version (only DNC/2DCADCAM) is available, but there are limitations to data import.</li> <li>RADAN 2016 CADCAM was the last release that fully supported 32-bit operating systems.</li> </ul>
