AS / ASM / ASM-S 3 Thin Sheet Metal Rolls

AS-thin sheet metal cutting standard accessories

A robust cast iron frame ensures machine stability. Operation is carried out manually with a handwheel, with which the base and back roll heights are also adjusted. For removing the workpiece, the upper roll is reversible outwards. The standard equipment also includes a forming roll device. In electric models, the delivery includes a separate foot pedal and control panel. The device meets all CE requirements.

Additional accessories

The machine is available with wear-resistant induction hardened rollers. Working can be enhanced by a roller driven by an electric motor and with electric height adjustment of the back roll. The precise location of the back roll can be ensured with a digital display. In addition, a protective frame panel is selectable as well as motor options for different voltages and frequencies.

The machine’s robust frame is made of cast iron. The roll forming function is controlled by an electric motor, and the main motor is equipped with a self-braking function to ensure safety.
