AS / ASM / ASM-S 3 Thin Sheet Metal Rolls

AS-thin sheet metal cutting standard accessories
A robust cast iron frame ensures machine stability. Operation is carried out manually with a handwheel, with which the base and back roll heights are also adjusted. For removing the workpiece, the upper roll is reversible outwards. The standard equipment also includes a forming roll device. In electric models, the delivery includes a separate foot pedal and control panel. The device meets all CE requirements.
Additional accessories
The machine is available with wear-resistant induction hardened rollers. Working can be enhanced by a roller driven by an electric motor and with electric height adjustment of the back roll. The precise location of the back roll can be ensured with a digital display. In addition, a protective frame panel is selectable as well as motor options for different voltages and frequencies.

The machine’s robust frame is made of cast iron. The roll forming function is controlled by an electric motor, and the main motor is equipped with a self-braking function to ensure safety. The bottom and rear roll height adjustment is done manually using handwheels. The user comfort is increased by the retractable upper roll, the spiral roll unit, and a separate movable control panel with a foot pedal. The device is compliant with CE standards.

Performance can be increased with induction hardened guides, which provide better wear resistance. Operation can be automated by selecting electric motor-controlled height adjustment for both the rear and bottom rolls. The digital display on the rear roll improves the precision of the work. The safety is ensured by a self-locking main motor, and the upper roller, which can be extended for operation, the spiral roller device and a mobile control panel with a foot pedal facilitate working. The device is compliant with CE requirements.

The machine’s automation level can be increased with an electric motor-operated bottom roller and the rear roller’s digital display. Special equipment is also available, such as extended rollers for profile bending (profile sheets) and the rear roller’s rotation with a gearbox ratio.
