Laser Welding
A hand-operated fiber laser welding machine is a modern solution for joining thin sheets and precision parts when speed, a neat finish, and minimal thermal impact are required. The device combines ease of use with industrial performance, making it suitable for both small workshops and continuous production. The ergonomic hand welding head is lightweight and agile, allowing for welding from various angles and in tight spaces. An extended beam spot and an interactive control system ensure a smooth and controlled weld formation. Laser welding produces a narrow seam, minimal distortion, and a very clean result that often doesn’t require post-processing. The device is particularly suitable for stainless steel, steel plates, and aluminum, and it can handle materials up to 0.5–5 mm thick. The welding speed reaches 120 millimeters per second, making it a significantly more efficient option than traditional methods. The machine can perform spot welds, butt welds, lap welds, and sealing welds, and 360-degree working space allows for the processing of complex structures.
Why Fiber Laser Welding?
- Speed up to 2-10 times faster than TIG/MIG welding
- 4-in-1 functionality standard
- Very low heat input
- Minimal distortion
- Minimal post-processing required for weld seams
- “Swing” welding allows for welding thicker sheets
- Built-in spot welding feature
- Strong and beautiful weld seam
Digital Display Handle
All models feature a digital display handle from which you can select 4-in-1 functions, wire feed speed, and adjust parameters. Thanks to the digital display, the welder does not need to move from the workstation to the laser unit to change values or make fine adjustments, creating a smoother and more enjoyable user experience. From the handle, you can also directly adjust the laser’s cutting width during welding and seam cleaning.
Laser Safety
The G-Weike laser welding machine operates at a wavelength of 1070nm, so the eyes must be protected by either a laser welding-suitable mask or safety glasses. The laser welding machine is equipped with an entrance area boundary switch and a nozzle contact sensor. With good safety equipment, the G-Weike laser welding machine minimizes the risks of laser processing. Rensi offers a wide range of laser safety solutions and accessories.

Smooth and aesthetic weld seams, 2–10 times faster than traditional welding machines – saving labor costs and improving quality.
Manual laser cutting enables the free processing of complex shapes and fast finishing without expensive fixtures, offering extreme flexibility and accuracy.
Can clean sensitive materials, such as aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, carbon fiber reinforced polymers or coated surfaces without damaging them, and is capable of cleaning even microscopically thin gaps. In addition, it is possible to polish and clean laser-welded seams before and after welding begins.
