G·WEIKE T4 is a heavy-duty industrial fiber laser, optimized for four-flapper use, designed especially for processing exceptionally long and heavy pipes and profiles. Its unique four pneumatic flapper system allows for complete pipe support throughout the entire cutting process, ensuring extreme precision and enabling cutting completely without waste. The side-mounted frame structure and mechanics supporting up to 2000 tons of parts make the machine an ideal choice for steel construction and other demanding infrastructure projects handling even round pipes up to 500 millimeters in diameter or large I-beams. Robust 500 mm pneumatic nests enable efficient processing of round pipes with diameters of 50–500 mm, as well as square pipes with dimensions of 50×50–350×350 mm. The flexible four-nest system guarantees a completely gap-free cut, minimizing material waste and maximizing productivity.
Intelligent roller supports automatically center the pipe and prevent it from sagging or swaying during cutting. This ensures stable support and guarantees extreme cutting accuracy in all conditions.
