JIH-CNC18MDS is a high-performance CNC-controlled universal machine designed specifically for processing aluminum, lightweight alloys, and PVC profiles. This compact power unit combines cutting, milling, drilling, and tapping into a seamless process, making it the best choice for increasing production efficiency.
At the heart of the machine is a high-speed feed axis and a robust positioning system that ensures accurate material feeding and secure clamping. The automatic 8-position tool changer and optional bevel head allow for machining even complex parts with a single clamping. The user-friendly Syntec CNC control with a clear touchscreen enables flexible programming of different operation steps as needed.

Fastening
On the JIH-I-machine, there are pneumatic vertical and horizontal presses, which ensure the stability of the workpiece. The presses are adjustable according to the profile size, which allows for precise milling, drilling and sawing without vibration, while also protecting the surface of the material from damage and scratches.
