All models share a lower-arm blade lift which is the optimal safety solution and allows for extremely clean, burr-free cuts. Devices are equipped with an integrated mist lubrication system, which is essential for aluminum machining to maximize blade life and prevent sticking. In addition, each model is equipped with automatic pneumatic material clamping, which ensures that the workpiece remains in place even under heavy loads, as well as adjustable blade feed rates, which can be optimized for different materials and wall thicknesses.
TLG 352 A – Compact Aluminium Saw
The TLG 352 A represents the compact and agile head of the range. This model is specifically designed for the rapid and accurate cutting of smaller profiles and railing materials, with a 350 mm blade size offering optimal performance. It is an excellent choice for lighter aluminium profiles that require high repeatability without large space requirements. Automatic pneumatic clamping and adjustable blade feed rates ensure that even smaller parts cut burr-free and to measure.
TL 400 A – Medium-Sized Aluminium Saw
Positioned in the middle of the range, the TL 400 A offers a balanced combination of capacity and versatility. It is a reliable machine for industry that easily handles most profiles thanks to its 400 mm blade. Larger cutting capacity compared to the TLG series allows for the processing of massive railings and wider profiles without compromising accuracy. This model is often the optimal solution for general aluminium structure manufacturing and the processing of window profiles.
TL 500 AA – Industrial Aluminium Saw
The TL 500 AA represents the toughest performance of the range, designed for high production volumes and large materials. Using a 500 mm blade, the machine provides exceptional torque and a wide cutting area, which is essential for heavy aluminium profiles and thick castings. Semi-automatic or fully automatic cycle combined with a robust frame structure minimizes vibration, which is critical when using a blade with a large diameter.
