FlexiCAM Stealth

FlexiCAM Stealth offers exceptional value for money due to its excellent price-to-performance ratio. The machine is designed comprehensively with a rigid steel structure and a single-piece frame structure. The tube frame structure’s wall thickness is 12 mm, and all welds have been stress relieved to correct for possible welding distortions. The structure is verified by static and dynamic FEA analysis (element method).

Stealth is ideally suited for sheet metal production, from medium to heavy-duty. It can process materials such as wood, acrylic, PVC, aluminum (as well as other non-ferrous metals) and composite materials such as ACM sheets and fiberglass. The workbench can be configured up to 6 meters in length, and the Z-axis height is standard at 200 mm (optional 300 mm). The machine can be equipped with either FlexiCAM’s own Advanced Control System (ACS) control system or with industry standard Siemens- or Fanuc control systems.

Stealth is equipped with an automatic tool changing system, and tooling up to 16 kW brakes are available. Tools can be mounted either in a fixed linear fixture or in a changer that moves with the turret. These options increase flexibility and eliminate the need for time-consuming manual tool changes. Stealth is a versatile machine that can be utilized in numerous different applications.
