GKS‑BC3015 – Intelligent and Fully Automatic CNC Panel Bending Machine
GKS‑BC3015 is the next generation CNC panel bending machine that combines speed, accuracy and automation for demanding thin sheet metal production. Standard with 10 axes (optionally 11/12) and a continuous bending speed of up to 0.3 seconds, it is an excellent solution for series production. The universal bending die allows 0–180° bends without continuous tool changing, which saves time and reduces costs.
The suction cup lifting system handles parts gently without scratches, and the CNC-controlled bending die enables versatile shapes: right angles, bevels, curves and folds. The machine is widely used for the production of, for example, electrical enclosures, kitchen cabinets, ventilation components, lift panels and other metal structures.

Standard 10 axes, optional 11/12 axes

Universal Tool and Visual Control

Suction Cup Lifting Device
The suction cup lifting device is designed specifically for challenging bending stages and high-level finishing. When one of the four sides of a sheet metal plate needs to be bent downwards, the lifting device allows the bent sides and the final lower bend to be easily removed from the machine.
Surfaces with high quality requirements can be lifted for the feeding process. This prevents contact between the workpiece and the brush table, avoiding friction-induced marks and scratches on the finished product.

CNC-controlled bending tool enables multi-sided bending of sheet metal with one operation. With the machine, you effortlessly implement straight angles, special angles, curves as well as U-shapes (folds) and other complex shapes.
