High Efficiency Beveled Cutting
The laser is equipped with a professional beveled cutting head, it supports fast bevel cutting from 0-45 degrees, which simplifies pipe welding processes. Tracking support improves the stability and accuracy of the cut and solves the distortion problem during the cutting of long pipes
Demolition Stand
The demolition stand’s angle of inclination is 25° and the cut materials fall automatically into a collection box for the finished product.
Large Load Capacity and Wide Clamping Range
The machine is equipped with a powerful pneumatic four-jaw chuck (Ø240 mm), which offers a wide clamping range for pipes and profiles of various sizes. The chuck enables secure and precise fastening even for heavy materials.

Better Accuracy for Narrow Pipe
The monitoring support module records up and down + left and right directions to support the pipe simultaneously, so the narrow pipe is attached more tightly.
Option – Fully Automatic Loading and Unloading Device
This optional fully automatic loading and unloading system enhances material handling in tube laser cutting. When raw tubes are fed into the machine, the device automatically takes individual tubes from the warehouse, feeds them into the laser cutting unit, and removes the finished cut-off pieces without manual labor. The solution is suitable for high-volume production and reduces worker workload and material handling time.
Option – Semi-Automatic Loading
This semi-automatic loading module facilitates pipe feeding to the laser cutter, making the operation faster and more ergonomic than fully manual handling. The device supports uniform pipe feeding and reduces the need for manual effort, but it still requires the user to monitor or assist with material placement. An excellent compromise between efficiency and cost in production environments where a fully automatic solution is not required.
