MVD iBend C Series hydraulic CNC press brakes deliver top-tier performance and precision for demanding bending applications. The machines are specifically designed for industrial needs where efficient and versatile bending capabilities are required. The C Series machines are equipped with four-axis CNC controls (Y1, Y2, X, R) and can be expanded to eight axes (Y1, Y2, X1, X2, R1, R2, Z1, Z2) as needed.
The machine’s bending stroke is 310 mm and the throat depth is 410 mm, enabling versatile use in various bending operations. Optional features include a motorized crowning system, extended backgauge, and various tooling solutions.
The control system is the ESA S640 CNC controller, which offers an intuitive user interface and precise control. The machine also has the possibility to use other control systems, such as DELEM DA-66T or Cybelec CybT15, according to customer needs. The backgauge is servo-controlled and its accuracy is ±0.03 mm. The backgauge has two three-stage fingers that can be moved manually along a linear slide. The machine also features sliding front support arms, which facilitate the handling of large and heavy sheets.
Standard tooling includes a 67 mm high, 85-degree, and R:0.8 mm radius top tool, as well as a 60×60 mm, four-V-groove (16, 22, 35 and 50 mm) 85-degree and 60 mm high bottom tool. The machine also includes MVD’s special-designed narrow bottom table (European type) and Promecam-type quick-lock for top tools. Safety features include MSD or DSP-type laser shielding system (CE Class IV) and light curtain based back protection. The machine also has LED lighting in the RAM area, which improves visibility and working comfort.
MVD iBend C Series bending presses are available in different tonnage ranges (100–500 tons) and bending lengths (2600–8100 mm), which allows the machine to be customized to meet customer needs.

4 Axis CNC Control
Y1/Y2 control the upper bar’s vertical movement ensuring angular accuracy. X corresponds to the depth setting of the response and R to the height adjustment, which enables automated sheet metal pressing of versatile parts.
Delem-control system
C-series Delem controls offer precise square axis control and graphical programming. The system maximizes utilization, minimizes errors, and speeds up setup times with an industrial standardized user interface.
Adjustable Response and Pre-Supports
C-series height-adjustable response claws and sliding pre-supports ensure optimal support for the workpiece. The R-axis automates the height of the claws, while ball-bearing mounted pre-supports move smoothly in the longitudinal direction, speeding up the handling and positioning of even heavy sheets.
Foot Pedal
Convenient foot pedal with emergency stop switch.
Quick Clamping / Promecam
