Chain Rotator ZR
Precise chain roller shaft rotates and positions workpieces for welding, enabling height adjustment and improving user comfort. Robust construction and remote control make it an effective solution for versatile use.
Chain Rollers’ purpose is to rotate and position parts on a flat section. The necessary weld seam can be created by implementing a positioning according to the rotating part into an endless chain. The height of the part set in the machine is adjustable, which offers the user comfort during the welding process. The product consists of a housing, chain drive system, electrical panel and a remote-controlled operating unit and offers the best structural protection. Users can accurately rotate the parts mounted on the chain clockwise or counterclockwise, well-aligned and easy to use. They can also be moved downwards – upwards to achieve the desired height. The chain roller set consists of 2 operating units. The number of units can be increased according to the application and load conditions. Both units, which form the chain roller set, are used and these two units can be used synchronously or independently. This allows for precise adjustment of the angle of the workpiece height. Akyapak Makine includes 6-12 ton chain rollers in its standard range. However, custom production can be implemented up to 20 tons.

The chain-attached workpiece can be rotated effortlessly clockwise and counterclockwise, as well as moved vertically.
ZR-model is equipped with two units that can operate synchronously or independently. This allows for effortless angle adjustment according to load and usage requirements.
