Automatic Tool Changer
ARTOS is equipped with an 8-position (8×1) automatic tool changer. This system enables flexible transition between different working stages, such as drilling, milling, and threading, without manual interruptions, maximizing machine uptime.
Material Fixation
The fixing process effectively minimizes vibration by locking the material from eight different points to the T-slot table. The robust and stable fixing not only protects the tools’ blades from wear, but also extends their service life and ensures high-precision machining accuracy.

Stepwise Drilling
Step cutting method (Step Cutting) allows drilling regardless of the workpiece height. By rotating the material on the table, holes can be drilled on both sides thanks to the process’s stepwise nature, which increases the flexibility of machining large parts.
Cooling
The ARTOS model’s high cooling capacity extends the life of the steel blanks and reduces operating costs. The system efficiently feeds coolant directly to the machining point, preventing thermal damage and facilitating chip removal.
