Laser Cutter Features:

– The machine cuts: acrylic (PMM, Plexiglas, Perspex) and other plastics (Polyester PES, Polycarbonate [Lexan®, Makrolon®], Polyethylene terephthalate), wood, MDF, plywood, foam (Polyester (PES), Polyethylene ( PE), Polyurethane (PUR), Neoprene®, natural and artificial leather, textiles (cotton, silk, felt, lace, synthetic and technical fabrics, aramid, polyester, fleece) – The CMA1612 model is 30% heavier than other machines. In addition, the structural components of the machine are machined using a high-end CNC machine with a single clamping. The result is flawless, with excellent support and precision. The laser cutter has a wide, practical work area of 1600x1200mm, which allows for optimal processing of a ¼ sheet of plastic with a size of 2x3m. The machine also allows for feeding through and high accuracy of the cutting head with the II-VI optical system (optional 2 or 4 cutting heads). Furthermore, high-quality cutting of various materials is ensured due to the use of high-class CO2 tubes and optics. The laser cutter’s well-thought-out, ergonomic design places accessories, such as the fan, cooler, mini compressor, behind the machine, so that all necessary components are within the machine’s external dimensions. Precise power transmission is based on a belt drive located in the center, combined with flexible couplings, the system eliminates vibrations. An easy-to-use control panel with an LCD screen and USB connection. The machine’s drawers are roller-bearing, making them easy and quick to open and close. A separate cooling machine (operating with distilled water) ensures continuous operation and a longer lifespan for the laser tube. Efficient LED lighting inside the machine. The laser emits the beam completely protected and safe. Good cutting edge is achieved by the air jet and efficient smoke removal from the machine

Requirements at the Installation Site:

  • PC computer, new, according to the laser supplier’s requirements
  • Compressor with a reservoir and a dry air system. Capacity 20l/min, 7kg/cm2 and pneumatic hose diameter 8mm
  • 60l of distilled water for the cooling machine
