G100/ G125/ G160-series
Capable of handling various medium to thick sheets and heat-treated sheets, including carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, etc. Because these sheets are generally large in size and weight, the structure of our leveling machines is extremely durable and heavy. Even when handling thicker sheets, the G-series leveling machine can still perform multiple leveling of the sheet using various high-diameter leveling rollers with varying pressure and still maintain an extremely precise leveling effect, ensuring the flatness of the sheet and less residual marks.
Machine Features:
1. A large number of leveling rollers are arranged closely: 32/40/50/63/80 series 19 rollers; 100 series 17 rolls; 125 series 15 rolls; 160 series 13 rolls, etc.
2. The diameter of the correction roller is clearly 50% smaller than the diameter of the correction roller of the mechanical parallel roller table.
3. The arrangement is also very tight, a large number of stepped support rollers ensure that the leveling roller does not buckle and twist under load.
4. Powerful hydraulic pressure keeps the gap between the upper and lower sheet (mechanical dead gap) constant all the time.
5. The three-column hydraulic press structure with good stiffness minimizes the overall deformation of the machine when it is operating.

Accuracy and Power for Smoothing
The machine’s performance is based on a large number of tightly arranged smoothing blanks, whose diameter can be up to 50% smaller than traditional mechanical parallel blanks compared to them. Depending on the series, the equipment utilizes 13–19 crawlers (e.g., in 32–80 series, 19 crawlers), which ensures excellent smoothing accuracy.
The structure’s stiffness is ensured by a tight roller arrangement and several stepped support rollers that prevent the smoothing blanks from bending under load. The three-arm hydraulic press brake structure minimizes machine deformation during operation, and powerful hydraulic pressure keeps the crawler spacing constant throughout the entire process.
Ease of use and maintenance have been taken into account with an open structure that allows for easy cleaning and replacement of the crawlers. This represents a new generation of energy-saving and environmentally friendly technology for the processing of sheet metal and finished parts.
