Lifting large and heavy sheets onto the laser cutter’s work table is often a logistical problem; thinner sheets require at least 2 people to lift, while thicker ones must be handled with a forklift or overhead crane. Unloading cut parts is not a problem, as the parts usually do not weigh that much, and G-Weike lasers have automatic skeleton segmentation, so the skeleton is easy to remove from the table in pieces.

Alternative loading device

If there is no space in the hall in the lengthwise direction of the machine, G-Weike’s alternative side-loading option can be used. However, this requires a separate trolley on which the sheets to be loaded sit, and there is less room for removing parts.
