GA Series flat laser

Efficient laser press brake system is well-suited for cutting thin sheets and metals. The system’s robust structure and versatile features meet industrial requirements.

G·WEIKE GA-series fiber laser is a highly efficient and energy-saving solution for demanding industrial cutting. The machine’s mechanically rigid frame and lightweight aluminum gantry bridge enable accelerations of up to 2 G and a speed of 190 m/min. The optional automatic dual pallet system enhances productivity by allowing sheet metal changes during cutting. Segmented exhaust ensures a clean working environment. The versatile GA series is suitable for precise processing of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum up to 20 kW laser power.

Third Generation Aviation Aluminum Gantry

Gantry bridge is manufactured according to aviation standards, and after emissions treatment its strength reaches the 6061 T6 level, which is the highest level in the industry. Aviation aluminum offers many advantages, such as excellent strength, lightweight structure and corrosion resistance.

Pallet Changer

The pallet changer operates continuously using two pallets: one is in the machine during the cutting process, while the other is outside the machine for loading or unloading. This enables seamless material handling, improves production efficiency and reduces downtime.

Frame

The frame is welded, degassed and machined, ensuring excellent stability and vibration-free cutting. 4500 kg weight ensures stable and precision-demanding operation. Before large square linear bearing assemblies are installed, the bed undergoes degassing and machining, optimizing its performance and longevity. This structure ensures reliable and efficient use in demanding industrial environments.

Segmented Exhaust Extraction

The laser cutting machine is equipped with roof fans and segmented exhaust extraction. Pneumatic air dampers allow for suction exactly where it is needed, raising efficiency and saving energy.

Cutting Head

The cutting head has an automatic focusing function that adjusts the lens using software for cutting sheet metal of different thicknesses. This automatic adjustment speeds up the process up to ten times faster than manual adjustment. Furthermore, the accuracy is very high, and the adjustment range covers -10 mm – +10 mm, which ensures an optimal cutting result.
