HBW H-profile Cutting and Welding Machines – High-Quality Profile Cutting for Industry
The HBW H-profile cutting and welding machine is designed to meet the needs of demanding steel structure industries, where the goal is to produce high-quality special profiles quickly and reliably. The machine allows for the precise cutting and welding of various sizes of flanges and webs into H-profiles, utilizing automatic centering with feeders. The system is optimized to improve production efficiency and ensure consistent weld quality.
The system’s operating principle is based on a fixed machine through which the workpiece is moved using guided conveyors. An accurate motor-gearbox combination takes care of the workpiece’s movement, and two pneumatic burner connection units located in the main enclosure move independently of each other. Hydraulic cylinders are responsible for the precise positioning of the H-profile, and the integrated hydraulic piston loading unit enhances material handling. The finished welded profile can be rotated 90 degrees using a hydraulic tilting stand for further processing.
The HBW system is flexible and allows for the use of various different welding techniques, such as submerged arc welding (SAW), selected by the customer via a power source. Speed control system is in use throughout the process from loading to welding and unloading, which ensures complete process control. The device’s compact and space-saving design combined with a robust frame ensures stability and durability in even the most demanding industrial environments.
