The APK series profile bending machine is equipped with three hydraulically controlled rollers, which ensure a smooth and efficient bending process. The machine’s frame is made of welded ST-52 steel, which guarantees the structure’s rigidity and durability. The rollers are made of special steel and are hardened and polished, which increases their wear resistance and extends their service life. The machines feature hydraulically adjustable control rollers that allow for precise adjustments for bending different profiles. The movement of the lower roller can be hydraulically adjusted up and down, and its position can be checked on a digital display. A separate, portable control panel provides the user with flexibility and ease of use.

The APK series machines are suitable for both horizontal and vertical working, which increases their versatility in various working environments. The machines are equipped with infinitely variable rotational speed adjustment, which allows for optimizing the bending speed according to the material and job requirements. Optional accessories include special rollers for bending pipes, profiles, and corners, special tools for bending H-, I-, and U-profiles, as well as CNC control systems that allow for automating complex bending processes. In addition, a spiral bending device is available, which allows for manufacturing spiral-shaped parts.
