IECHO BK4 represents the fourth generation of digital cutting systems, taking production efficiency and accuracy to a new level. This high-speed level cutter is designed specifically for the needs of advertising, packaging and automotive industries, as well as furniture and composite manufacturing. It is an ideal solution for companies that require flexibility between single pieces, small series and continuous mass production. BK4 is structurally even stronger; its integrated frame, made of 12 mm thick steel, weighs up to 600 kilograms, which makes the machine 30 percent stronger than its predecessors and ensures extreme stability even at high speeds.

In terms of performance, BK4 is at the forefront of its class, achieving cutting speeds of up to 1,800 mm/s. The enhanced suction table system provides 25 percent more powerful airflow than previously, ensuring that even the most challenging materials remain in place during processing. Intelligent block control automatically regulates the air pressure according to the size of the material, optimizing energy consumption. Comfort in the working environment has been invested in with a new damping system, which reduces the noise of operation to just 65 decibels in energy-saving mode.

The versatility of the device is based on a wide range of tools and advanced motion control. BK4 effortlessly performs single-layer cutting, labeling cutting, milling, V-groove cutting, bending, and engraving. The system is optimized especially for processing single-layer or thin multi-layer materials, such as corrugated cardboard, technical textiles, leather and foam. Automatic tool engagement (AKI) utilizes infrared sensors to measure the length of the blade, ensuring a microscopic cutting depth and saving time in setting up parameters.

An intelligent conveying system enables a fully automated workflow from feeding to collecting, which is crucial for continuous cutting of long materials. Precise CCD camera system automatically recognizes alignment marks and corrects any distortions that may occur during printing. BK4 is also equipped with several safety devices that guarantee the user’s protection without compromising production speed. All cables in the machine have been tested to withstand over a million bending cycles, highlighting the device’s longevity and reliability in demanding professional use.
