DMTG CKE horizontal-bed lathe
The DMTG CKE series is a CNC-controlled flat-bed lathe designed for small-batch production, maintenance and precision machining. The machine is built on a cast-iron frame and is equipped with induction-hardened and precision-ground flat ways. The structure follows the ergonomics of a centre lathe and is equipped with full safety enclosures.
The machine is equipped with a Fanuc or Siemens control system that includes graphical work cycles. The control allows machining via parameter-based programming or G-code. The machine is equipped with electronic handwheels with which manually defined coordinates are stored in the machining program. The spindle bearing is dimensioned to withstand radial and axial forces, and transmits torque at low speeds.
The machine is equipped with an automatic tool turret, tailstock, and a manual, pneumatic or hydraulic chuck. The work axes are equipped with precision ball screws to ensure positioning accuracy and repeatability. The work area is enclosed to manage coolant and chips, and is equipped with inspection windows. The range is available with various centre distances and diameters.

Four-Axis
The machine is equipped with an automatic four-axis system, which enables efficient blade changes programmatically. The vertical electric revolver locks mechanically, ensuring high positioning accuracy and rigidity during machining. The design is intended to speed up setup times and allow for versatile milling operations with a single clamping.
Revolver Indexer
The machine can be equipped with a fully automatic electric revolver indexer, which enables the use of multiple tools in a single program. The four-position vertical revolver is equipped with a precise mechanical lock and high indexing accuracy. The rigid structure ensures the stability and repeatability of the blade in demanding batch processing, while minimizing tool change times.
Pack
The machine is equipped with either a manual or hydraulic three-point clamping system for workpiece clamping. The hydraulic pack is equipped with an adjustable pressing force and a foot switch. The standardized A2 series frame ensures a secure clamping, high rotational accuracy, and quick die changes for various production needs.
Apex Turret
