Unlike traditional vertical press brakes, the horizontal design enables the manufacture of complex and enclosed parts without the restrictions caused by the frame. The machines are built from robust, stress-free steel frames, which guarantee bending stiffness and accuracy even with a 100-ton pressing force. Technical performance is based on precise digital adjustment of the impact stroke length, which allows millimeter-accurate repeatability in series production.
All critical components, such as bushings, guide sleeves and tooling surfaces, are induction hardened and polished to ensure long service life. The control system supports both manual fine adjustment and automatic tool movements, which are controlled via an ergonomic foot pedal. The machine’s true added value lies in its versatility: quickly interchangeable tools allow the same machine to perform sheet metal forming, pipe bending, profile straightening, as well as steel plate cutting and drilling.
