Precise and Fast Laser Cutting
The LF1313 and LF1390 fiber lasers are made for precise and fast laser cutting needs. The machine frame is welded and certified twice, and machined with a single clamping, resulting in a precise and stable fiber laser frame.
The fiber laser’s standard equipment includes a dual-pressure gas control system (nitrogen, oxygen), allowing the gases to cut multiple different materials. Air cutting is also available as an option.
Laser cutting is very low in energy consumption and operating costs. Cost-effectiveness comes from low energy consumption and smart control. Only a minimal amount of waste material is left over from laser cutting thanks to intelligent automatic pausing. Air cutting, also available as an option, further promotes cost-effectiveness. In addition, lead screw operation, optimized optical lens, a specially designed nozzle, and sensor technology ensure smooth and stable cutting.
The fiber laser includes an automatic and versatile nesting program, which includes material management tools and optimized process technology. The database of process parameters creates simple and easy use.
The machine is small in size and servo-controlled with lead screw operation for precise cutting. The machine is equipped with Yaskawa and Panasonic servo motors.

Fully enclosed structure is equipped with a CE standard compliant observation window with a laser protection glass. The smoke generated during cutting is filtered internally, making the machine emission-free and environmentally friendly.
LF1313 and LF1390 are equipped with Japanese Panasonic servo motors as well as high-quality components, such as imported TBI double-guided polished ball screws on the Y-axis and TBI-polished ball screws on the X-axis, as well as Hiwin guides. This enables the machine’s excellent repeatability of 0.02 mm and cutting acceleration of 0.5 G. The device’s designed service life is over 10 years.
The software automatically adjusts the focusing lens, which enables the automatic punching and cutting of sheet metal of different thicknesses. The automatic focusing speed is ten times faster than manual adjustment.
The adjustment range is -10 mm – +10 mm and the accuracy is 0.01 mm, which is excellent for processing various 0–20 mm sheet metal types.
Both the collimator and focusing lenses are equipped with water-cooled heat exchangers, which reduce the temperature of the cutting head and significantly extend its lifespan.
