APK Light Profile Bending Machine

The AKYAPAK profile bending machine series APK offers a wide range of options for even light profile bending. Our machines are strong and reliable with their St-52 welded frame. Small bending operations cause less deformation thanks to our machines’ extended roller diameters. Thanks to the large dimensions of the rollers, high durability and bending moment can be achieved. The power of hydraulic cylinders allows for the effortless bending of larger parts. Practical and standard rollers enable the ease of bending different parts, and this feature allows for greater efficiency and durability. The Akyapak profile bending machine is 3 roller bed type. This feature allows for the implementation of high capacity bending processes. Secondly, our 3 Rolls Driven machine minimizes material slippage during the bending process. Two bottom rollers are hydraulically operated and can move independently of each other. Therefore, the features of our machines improve the features of machines compared to overhead roller machines, enabling the driver’s ability and facilitating the pre-bending process on both sides.
