LV Midi is a versatile CNC precision laser that handles micro and medium-sized components, including complex geometries. Thanks to its compact design, it offers wide processing capabilities. This laser processing system is available as 3-, 4- or 5-axis. The main axis system includes two main options: a flexible 3-axis linear system that handles most of the processing movements, and a fixed Z-axis with a machining optic that operates with a swivel table for controlling the X-Y axes. Accessories such as a rotating turret for demanding 3D machining and an alternative rotating axis for processing symmetrical parts are also available. LV Midi can be customized for material feeding, part positioning and clamping systems. It utilizes LV Base special concrete technology, which ensures maximum accuracy even with high dynamics. This customer-specific base machine is an efficient solution for various industries, such as automotive, power transmission, machine building, medical technology, precision technology and aerospace.
