Column Lift and Suction Cup Lift
The complete unit consists of a fixed vertical pillar and a manually adjustable boom. On the booms, a manual hoist or trolley moves, which is connected to an electric chain hoist for vertical lifts. As the main gripping element, the suction cup lift functions, which is powered either by a built-in battery (model BLA500-6-B) or directly from mains voltage (model BLA500-6-T).
Efficient Vacuum Lift for Heavy Sheet Metal Handling
This industrial-grade vacuum lift is designed to meet the demanding requirements of metalworking and sheet metal workshops. The device enables the safe and ergonomic handling of even 500 kg heavy sheets, and it is ideally suited for large-sized sheets up to 3000 × 1500 mm.
Designed for Stable and Gentle Lifting
The lift’s modular frame structure consists of a 2000 mm long main beam and 800 mm side beams, which ensures optimal weight distribution and stability during lifting.
The gripping element utilizes six high-quality suction cups with a diameter of 230 mm. The cups, made from blue nitrile rubber, are chosen specifically for their durability and gentleness: they provide a secure grip on smooth surfaces without leaving scratches or other marks.
Two Flexible Power Options
We offer two different versions so that the lift can be seamlessly integrated into various work environments:
- Electric Model (Wired): Designed for continuous and fixed use. A powerful motor ensures smooth vacuum pressure and uninterrupted operation without worrying about battery depletion.
- Battery Model (Battery): A fully cordless solution that provides maximum mobility. Equipped with high-quality batteries and an energy-efficient pump, it allows flexible use throughout the production area without obstacles from power cables.

Column Crane (Jib crane) – 500 kg
This lifting system consists of a 3500 mm high tower and a 3500 mm long boom with a lifting height of 2200 mm. The system includes a two-speed 500 kg electric chain hoist with electric lifting movement as well as manual rotation and travel.
Low Pressure Lifter BLA500-6-T (Mains Model)
The device has a 2000 mm main arm and 800 mm side arm. The suction force is provided by a 0.18 kW Herolift HP4.4 pump and six 230 mm blue nitrile rubber suction cups. The model is wired for continuous use.
Low-Pressure Press BLA500-6-B (Battery Model)
The device has a 2000 mm long back stroke and an 800 mm side stroke. The suction system consists of six 230 mm blue nitrile cups and a 0.1 kW Australia FluidSmart pump. The power source is two Taiwan CSB 12V 15Ah batteries.
