Sheet Metal Punching Machines
In the APP 80 model, sheet positioning with fixed programming is limited to parts with a size of 1000×500 and a weight of 100 kg. Manual punching is possible for sheets with a size of 1000×500 or 250 kg weight, where the punching area is suitable. OPTIONAL FEATURES
- Marking (this feature allows for two-head punching)
- Up to 8 characters can be marked. The character dimensions are 16x8mm. To mark more characters, the sheet must be racked and the correct characters assembled.
- Feeding table (the table can be manufactured according to customer-specific dimensions)

Punching
The APP series’ efficient hydraulic system enables very fast and precise punching for a wide range of material thicknesses. The machine’s robust C-frame is designed to withstand heavy loads without deformation, ensuring perfect alignment of the punching and extending die life.
Automatic Tool Changer
The machine is equipped with an automatic tool changer (typically 3–10 positions depending on the model), which allows for the creation of holes of different sizes and shapes in a single operation. This eliminates the need for manual tool changes and significantly reduces manufacturing time.
Material Fixing and Positioning
The sheet metal positioning is achieved by a precise CNC-controlled coordinate table. Hydraulic presses hold the sheet firmly in place during machining, minimizing material movement and ensuring that every hole is exactly in the right position according to the drawings.
In addition to punching, the APP machine can make partial markings. This facilitates the identification of parts in subsequent processes, such as welding or assembly. The marking unit is capable of creating clear and permanent markings directly on the sheet metal surface.
Control System
Machine operation is carried out via modern CNC control, which is optimized for ease of use. The software enables direct import of DXF images, allowing for rapid and error-free programming of even complex hole patterns.
