Precision pipe cutting laser – GKS-6016T2 – is used to cut round, square, rectangular, oval, hexagonal pipes as well as C-, U-, I-, H-, L-profiles. The diameter of a round pipe can be 10-160mm, the side length of a square pipe 10-160mm, and the diagonal diameter of a rectangular pipe ≤227 mm. The laser features extreme material saving, with the remaining stub of the cut pipe being only ≤50 mm. An optional semi- or fully-automatic pipe feeding system is available. G-WEIKE 6016T2 enables cutting with two clamps with an extremely short (≤ 50 mm) remaining piece, when it is traditionally two-clamp in two-clamp work 160-220 mm. The pipe laser is fast, as the laser is equipped with a fast rotating clamp, resulting in processing times up to 30% lower than similar pipe lasers. The narrow cutting head enables the effortless cutting of various challenging shapes, such as H and U profiles. The machine is enclosed and the cutting process can be observed safely through the CE safety glass.
