Sheet Metal Drilling Machines
An advanced solution for the steel construction industry from AKYAPAK. Fast and high processing capability with AFD up to 1000×1500 mm materials. The top-class AFD sheeter and sheet drilling machine is designed for drilling, marking and threading sheets, reflecting over 50 years of AKYAPAK experience. All movements are made with a CNC system. The main frame is a welded steel structure and tension-free. The AFD CNC sheeter and sheet drilling machine can drill from 6-80 mm thickness on its own working area. Material is fed to the table using balls for fastening with hydraulic clamping jaws. The material is positioned in the desired coordinates for drilling/marking/threading with a CNC program and then the operation starts. Hardened hydraulic jaws with a piston help to fasten the material, preventing defects. The AFD sheeter and sheet drilling machine can drill, grind, cut, mark with marking and mark with point (optional).

Material Fixing
The AFD is equipped with two adjustable hydraulic presses that accurately position the sheets using moving servomotor guided ball screws in X and Y directions, ensuring a secure clamping. The system effectively minimizes any possible vibration during processing, protecting tools and maximizing operational efficiency. The presses provide excellent grip, and the distance between them can be freely adjusted to suit the requirements of both small and large sheets.
Automatic Tool and Material-Specific Measurement Tool
AFD is equipped with an automatic tool and material-specific measurement function, which allows the user to input the material type and its dimensions into the system. The machine utilizes lasers to determine the material’s zero point and automatically measures the tool length.
