Efficient Solutions for Industrial Needs

Repair/refrigerator

Suitable for precision assembly and testing moments, this hydraulic press offers manual and foot-operated functions as well as a pressure gauge. V-supports enable versatile use and also function as a table.

Sheet Metal Repair Presses

Huveman hydraulic sheet metal repair presses are designed for demanding industrial applications where structural rigidity and controlled force application are primary requirements. The range covers a wide pressing force range, starting from the 30-ton HU 30 model up to the robust 200-ton HU 200 model. The machines’ welded steel frame ensures torsional rigidity at high loads, which is critical for installation, bending, and straightening tasks requiring high accuracy.

The HU series machines share a technical basic architecture, including an adjustable workbench, laterally movable cylinder, and integrated pressure gauge for precise monitoring of pressing force. The key differences between the models, besides the pressing force, are the physical dimensions, motor power, and hydraulic speed. The HU 30 offers 30 tons of force and is equipped with a 3 kW motor, while the HU 60 increases the capacity to 60 tons while maintaining the same motor power but offering a larger vertical working length.

When moving to heavier models, such as the HU 100 model, the pressing force rises to 100 tons and the motor power increases to 4 kW, enabling the processing of heavier workpieces. The HU 160 and HU 200 represent the series’ heavyweight end. The HU 160 produces 160 tons of force with a 5.5 kW motor, and the flagship model HU 200 delivers full 200 tons at 7.5 kW. In these heavy models, the length and width of the workbench also increase significantly, and for the HU 200, the workbench width reaches 1300 millimeters, allowing for the placement of large-sized components in the pressing area.

Hydraulic system speeds are optimized for each model’s capacity; in lighter models, the piston travel speed is higher, while in heavier models, focus is on controlled and slower force delivery to ensure safety. All models are delivered as complete units, including the necessary lifting eyes and a clear pressure gauge, making them versatile tools for professional use. Selection between the models is primarily based on the required maximum force and the space requirements for the workpieces in the vertical and horizontal directions.
