Robot welding with laser on the most advanced form of welding. Robot welding with laser is particularly suitable for welding stainless steels and galvanized steels and it can also use additional wire. Laser welding to a robot is especially well suited for thin stainless steel parts. The laser welding speed is approximately 2…10 times faster than TIG welding. The welding station is equipped with a Fanuc robot and a G-Weike laser welding system. Power ranges from 1000 – 6000 W depending on the thickness of the materials being welded. The wire feeder is according to the blanking dies. G-Weike can also supply fixtures for the desired parts.
