IECHO MCT Punching System
IECHO MCT is a high-speed and automated rotating punching system designed specifically for efficient high-volume production of labels, packaging, and complex die-cutting applications. The device’s innovative technology enables a more flexible and faster process that replaces traditional punching methods, suitable for both small and large production volumes. A key advantage of the MCT system is its ability to quickly change punching tools. Magnetic cylinder technology allows for flexible metal die-cutting plates (die-cutting plates) to be switched and aligned in a matter of seconds, minimizing setup times and improving the overall throughput of the production chain. The device achieves a speed of up to 2,000 sheets per hour, making it an exceptionally efficient solution for busy printing houses and packaging manufacturers.
The system’s automation has been taken to the extreme. Sheet feeding is automated through a calibrated feeding unit that ensures consistent and flawless material feed to the machine. An integrated CCD camera system guarantees extreme accuracy; it reads alignment marks in real-time and controls the cutting so that each punch hits the exact spot. This eliminates manual errors and significantly reduces material waste.
The MCT series is unparalleled in its versatility. It effortlessly performs through-cutting, partial cutting (kiss-cutting), and scoring in a single operation. Automatic Feeding System
Material feeding occurs using a lifting platform, from which vacuum cups and a belt system remove the sheets from top to bottom. After this, the sheets are sucked in and transported to an automatic straightening line, which ensures precise alignment of the material before the actual processing stage.
Punching System
The desired pattern or shape is cut into a magnetic cylinder using a flexible die that rotates at high speed and is attached. This method enables extremely precise and fast shaping, where the sheet metal follows the movement of the cylinder and produces consistent results time after time.
Waste Removal System
When the sheet has passed through the punching roll mill, it is guided to the waste removal unit. The system automatically separates scrap material from finished products, and the cutting width can be flexibly adjusted according to the width of each pattern and job. This ensures that only finished end products proceed to collection, which speeds up post-processing.
