Rope Support for Beam
The rope support device is used to rotate and position parts on a flat surface. The necessary weld seam can be created by implementing positioning according to the rotating part for a blank rope. The height of the part set in the machine can be adjusted, which offers the user comfort during welding. The product consists of a housing, rope operating system, electrical panel and a remote-controlled operating unit and provides the best structural protection. Measures have been taken against the breaking of the hoisting rope against the anvil. Although the pillar support part of the hoist rope goes over each other. The user or the machine do not damage any area. The user can precisely rotate the parts mounted on the rope, well aligned and easily. They can also be moved downwards – upwards to achieve the desired height. The rope rotator set consists of 2 drive units. The number of units can be increased according to the application and load conditions. Both units that form the rope rotator set are used and these two units can be used synchronously or independently. This allows for accurate height adjustment of the workpiece angle.

Lataukset
HR-model is equipped with two operating units that can operate synchronously or independently. This allows for effortless angle adjustment according to load and usage needs.
Cable turners are designed to be robust to prevent cable damage. In addition, the lift structure protects the cable system from external factors.
The remote control offers effortless and reliable control, and it is equipped with a five-meter cable.
The machine’s twin frame structure allows for simultaneous or independent movements (excluding rotation). This improves usability and facilitates the welding of special structures.
