Traditional rotating rollbender is a high-quality and economical solution for edge welding of cylindrical parts in cases where the diameter is not too variable. Used for rotating round parts such as tanks, pressure vessels, pipe racks, boilers, silos, reactors, fuel tanks, etc. Rollers improve speed and efficiency both in automatic and manual welding, and play an important role in steel construction workshops by minimizing the lifting device operation. Users can precisely rotate the parts mounted on the roller in either direction, well-aligned, and easily adjustable speeds controllable via the control panel. Traditional rollbenders consist of two units: 1 operation unit and 1 idle unit. The number of operation and idle units can be changed according to the operating conditions. Akyapak Makine includes rotary rollers from 1 to 300 tons in their standard list. Custom production can however be implemented up to 600 tons.
