Itselfeeding rotator is an ideal solution for situations where the diameter of rotating workpieces varies. Used for rotating circular parts such as tanks, pressure vessels, pipe stacks, boilers, silos, reactors, fuel drums, etc. These rotators can automatically adjust large diameter ranges. Starting the rotation of the workpiece does not require any additional time or effort. Rotators improve speed and efficiency in both automatic and manual welding and play an important role in steel construction workshops by minimizing the lifting device operation. Users can accurately rotate the parts mounted on the rotator in clockwise or counterclockwise direction, well aligned and easily controllable with adjustable speeds through the control panel. Itselfeeding rotators consist of two units, 1 operation unit and 1 idling unit. The number of operation and idling units can be changed according to the operating conditions. Akyapak Makine includes selffeeding rotators of 3-300 tons in its standard range. However, custom production can be implemented up to 600 tons.
