Full hydraulic control and precise proportional valves allow for on-the-fly process fine-tuning, and the specially designed hydraulic system protects the equipment from incorrect settings and overloads. The optional automatic blanking function optimizes production time and ensures quality regardless of material thinning.
The BMB series versatility covers a wide range of industrial needs. The machines are capable of handling diameters from 500 millimeters to 10,000 millimeters. In terms of material thickness, the machine can be cold formed up to 2–50 millimeters and hot formed up to 100 millimeters. Whether it is stainless steel or mild steel, the machine’s material-friendly operating mode ensures extremely low surface roughness. We offer solutions for both center-drilled manufacturing and designs without a center hole.

Hydraulic Precision – Effortless Control

Frame
The machine frame is made of welded and stress-relieved steel. This ensures maximum rigidity and durability, which is essential for controlling large hydraulic forces during the forming process.
Automatic Edge Finishing
In this operating mode, the machine automatically shapes the material using the bottom edge roll, when the workpiece is set to the correct position. The process is based on pre-set pressure parameters. The bottom edge roll automatically adjusts the edge position and speed according to the system’s measured pressure values.
