The structure of the hydraulically adjustable welding positioner is designed according to the most suitable assembly for the table rotation and angle tilt. Note that the height of these positioning units is also adjustable during part processing, allowing operators to work more efficiently. All parts can be positioned across the entire area and form a suitable weld seam regardless of the geometric shapes. The product consists of a housing, motor, table rotation and tilt systems, a control panel and a remotely controlled operating unit and offers the best structural protection. The positioning units must be fixed to the floor for heavy workpieces. Users can precisely rotate the parts mounted on the rotating table of the positioning unit clockwise or counterclockwise, well aligned and easily controlled via the control panel at easily adjustable speeds. They can also be tilted forward to achieve the desired angle. The rotating table has standard T slots. This allows for the quick fixing of the workpiece. Table rotation and tilting are implemented using a steel gear-driven transmission.
