The machine’s robust “Delta”-shaped column and exceptionally wide frame structure form the basis for a length-to-height ratio of 1:1, which ensures the spindle’s stability across all operating ranges. The high-quality roller type linear guides and pre-tensioned ball screws, mounted on precision coated surfaces, ensure lifelong stability for the movements. An ergonomic design, such as the 85 degree rotating control panel and efficient labyrinth protection against chips, makes the machine not only efficient but also user-friendly and easy to maintain for machine shop daily production.

The spindle is available as either a torque-providing belt-driven version or a direct-driven Direct-Drive version capable of speeds up to 15,000 rpm, which minimizes thermal expansion and vibrations to achieve the best possible surface quality. The six sliding guideways on the X-axis and the wide pitch of the spindles ensure that the table moves smoothly even with the NV-10 model’s 800-ton maximum load. The package is completed by the readiness for fourth axis integration and modern control options, such as Fanuc and Mitsubishi, which make the NV-series a flexible and cost-effective choice for precision mechanics and mould making.

Rigid Delta Frame Structure
The NV series’ exceptional stability is based on an optimized Delta-shaped column and a very wide base casting. The 1:1 length-to-height ratio (L/H) between the column and the frame ensures that the spindle maintains its accuracy at all ends of the working range.
High-Performance Direct Drive Shaft
