The structure of the adjustable welding fixture is designed for the best assembly according to the rotation and angle tilt of the table. All parts are possible to position on the entire area and form a suitable weld edge regardless of the geometric shapes. The fixtures improve speed and efficiency in both automatic and manual welding and play an important role in steel construction workshops by minimizing the lifting device’s operation. The product consists of a housing, a motor, a table’s rotary and tilting systems, a control panel and a remotely controlled operating unit and offers the best structural protection. The positioning units must be attached to the floor for heavy workpieces. Users can precisely rotate the pieces mounted on the rotating table clockwise or counterclockwise, well aligned and easily controlled by the control panel at easily adjustable speeds. They can also tilt forward to achieve the desired angle. The rotating table has standard T-slots. This enables the fast clamping of the workpiece. The rotating and tilting of the table is implemented by a steel helical gear unit. Akyapak Makine includes positioning units of 1-40 tons in its standard range. However, custom production can be implemented up to 100 tons.
