Sheet metal cutting machine with a bridge- or flying arm type motion coordinate system. The coordinate system sizes start from 1 x 2 meters and increase to 3 x 12 meters. The sheet metal cutting machine can have two bridges and each bridge can have two cutting heads. The sheet metal cutting machine can be 3- or 5-axis.

In addition, the standard equipment includes a cutting head and an abrasive feeding system, which feeds sand into the cutting water. Renzi has supplied flying arm type 1 x 2 m machines for prototyping and product development as well as 2 x 3 m bridge models for continuous production. The sheet metal cutting machine is the most cost-effective when cutting materials that cannot be cut using other methods. The buyer should consider the need for electricity and the large fuse required by the large pump, as not all industrial halls have sufficiently large fuses. If water from a well is used, it should first be tested for iron content. Also, the pump system must have sufficient volume and pressure to ensure that the feed water reaches the sheet metal cutting machine’s pump sufficiently.
