HCB – MCB – EHCB Column Support Systems or Welding Turrets

Although column support systems can perform welding independently on any part, it can also perform circular or longitudinal welding with a rotator or positioning device. The welding types performed by the system are SUBMERGED, MIG, MAG, TIG. Column-Boom systems can also be fixed or with automatic rails. Column-Boom systems enable quality improvement, reduce manufacturing time and operator fatigue, increase accuracy and continuous welding volume that the user can implement. Akyapak Makine includes 3 × 3 – 9 × 9 Column-Boom systems in its standard range. However, custom production can be implemented up to 10 x 10 meters.
