AKYAPAK ABM ‑series pipe and tube bending machines
The ABM series CNC pipe bending machines offer an efficient and accurate solution for bending metal pipes and profiles across various industries. The machines are suitable for pipes and profiles with a diameter of 25–80 mm and produce high-quality bends for use in automotive, furniture, HVAC, and oil & gas industries. Servo-controlled axes ensure precise feeding, pivoting, and bending, and the Multi‑Stack function allows for a wide range of angles and complex shapes. The machines can work with or without a mandrel, and automatic lubrication extends tool life. The user-friendly control panel provides a 3D preview and optimizes material consumption.

Bending with a Roller or Without

PC-based control system 15 € touch screen enables easy programming in YBC mode. The system automatically calculates the required pipe length to minimize material waste. 3D preview gives a realistic image of the finished product, and the servo axis speeds can be easily adjusted directly from the interface.
